Privacy
Plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't much of a policy. Last updated 9 August 2026.
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
Only what you hand over.
There's no account to create and nothing hidden. Two ways information reaches us:
Three companies, and that's the list.
Every business uses tools. These are ours, and each one has its own privacy policy worth a glance if you care to.
Formspree
Receives what you submit and forwards it to our inbox. They store submissions so we can retrieve them.
Google Workspace
Our email runs on Google. Anything you send us lives in that inbox.
Fonts load from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to them. Analytics is anonymous and aggregated.
We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. There is no advertising on this site and no tracking pixels from ad networks.
Ask and it's done.
Email admin@growboldr.com and any of the following happens without argument or a retention team calling you.
- See it — a copy of everything we hold on you.
- Fix it — correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it — removed within thirty days, except anything we're legally required to keep.
- Stop hearing from us — unsubscribe from any email, or just say so.
Details worth stating.
How long do you keep things?
Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after two years. Client records follow the retention schedule in the engagement letter, which is longer because tax and accounting records have their own requirements. Analytics is anonymous and aggregated from the start.
Do you use cookies?
No cookies are set by this site itself. Analytics may set one to avoid counting the same visitor twice. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies here.
What about client financial data?
That's governed by your engagement letter, not this page. In short: access is read-only wherever the software allows, granted through accountant permissions rather than passwords, credentials live in a password manager with two-factor authentication, and nothing goes offshore. The security page covers it properly.
Children
This site isn't directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. Material changes get an email to anyone on the list.
Who's responsible
Boldr Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from West Michigan. Questions go to admin@growboldr.com.
This policy describes actual practice in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney — that review is scheduled, and this page will be updated if counsel recommends changes.
