Nothing here is advice
The pages, calculators, and guides on this site are general information. They aren't tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or investment advice, and reading them doesn't create a working relationship. Boldr Enterprises LLC is not a CPA firm and does not prepare tax returns or perform audit or attest services.
The calculators are estimates
They do arithmetic on numbers you supply, using typical market figures where you don't supply one. They're planning tools, not quotes, and the assumptions are stated next to each. Your actual costs will differ.
Prices can change
Published prices are current as of the date on the pricing page. Your rate is fixed by your engagement letter once you sign, not by what this website said in a given month.
What's ours
The writing, design, calculators, and Boldr name and mark belong to Boldr Enterprises LLC. Read it, share a link, quote a line with credit. Don't copy the pages wholesale or pass the work off as your own.
Links to other sites
We link to software providers and useful tools. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
Limits
This site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and working, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times, and we aren't liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information here. Nothing on this page limits any obligation in a signed engagement letter.

Scope, price, payment, what's included and excluded, how either side ends it, and what happens to your records — all of that sits in a one-page engagement letter you'd sign before any work begins. Nothing starts without it.
